Program Reservation Request Form

  • Interested in booking a field trip with the NJSGC? After you have checked out all that we offer at please request your program by completing the form below. Be sure to provide three (3) possible dates. We will confirm receipt of your request within three (3) days and shortly thereafter, you will receive a program reservation invoice from us confirming your visit. If you do not hear back from us in three (3) days, please contact us at 732-872-1300 x13.

    Please note maximum group size is thirty (30) students. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is due thirty (30) days following the receipt of our program reservation form. Purchase orders are accepted.

NON-REFUNDABLE $50 deposit is required within 30 days of receiving confirmation of your reservation.  The balance is due on or before the date of your program.  If payment will be made with a purchase order, or if funds cannot be released until after your program takes place, please contact New Jersey Sea Grant Consortium (NJSGC) to make arrangements prior to your program date.

NJSGC understands cancellations are sometimes necessary.  Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice to receive a refund.  Please be advised – Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE in all cases unless, at the time of cancellation, you reschedule your program to a new date within six (6) months.
