New Jersey Sea Grant Consortium is an affiliation of colleges, universities and other groups dedicated to advancing knowledge and stewardship of New Jersey’s marine and coastal environment. The mission of the organization is to promote responsible use of New Jersey’s coastal and marine environment through research, education and outreach.

Funding Provider
National Sea Grant Law Center conducts research on marine laws and policies, coordinates ocean and coastal law researchers, and disseminates information to coastal and ocean policy-makers.

ANJEC Association of New Jersey Environmental Commissions is a non-profit organization that helps New Jersey environmental commissions, individuals, local and state agencies preserve natural resources and promote sustainable communities.

C.R.A.B. Citizens’ Right to Access Beaches is dedicated to educating the public on its rights to use and enjoy our beaches for a variety of recreational pursuits.

New Jersey Beach Buggy Association is a statewide organization dedicated to the preservation of natural beach resources.

New York/New Jersey Baykeeper’s mission is to protect, preserve, and restore the ecological integrity and productivity of the Hudson-Raritan Estuary.

New York/New Jersey Harbor Estuary Program is a National Estuary Program authorized in 1987 by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to develop and implement a plan to protect, conserve, and restore the estuary.

Partnership for the Delaware Estuary is a nonprofit organization established in 1996 to take a leadership role in protecting and enhancing the Delaware Estuary, where fresh water from the Delaware River mixes with salt water from the Atlantic Ocean.
